Our New Zealand poultry partners never introduce hormones, harmful chemicals, or GMO feed into their flocks… ever. And because they have plenty of room to roam, organic free-range chickens don’t require antibiotics. These chemicals, which industrial “free-range” farmers tout as a health benefit to the birds, are in fact, used to speed the animals’ growth and increase profits.

Our certified organic, truly free-range micro-flocks live longer and grow slower. This leisurely life-style is not only more sustainable and healthier for the chicken, it also means the meal on your plate is of incomparable quality and flavor.

On the Wild Side

On the other hand, if you're feeling adventurous, or if your tastes run more on the wild side, Pacific Yacht Provisions specializes in sourcing fresh game birds, including quail, pheasant, grouse, and duck, among others. Game birds are a healthy way to shake up the menu aboard your superyacht and an exceptionally nice touch for the holidays at your winter retreat.

Then, of course, there is Foie Gras. As with everything Pacific Yacht Provisions stocks in your galley, our imported Foie Gras is second to none. Hand-made at a family business operating in France since 1920, our premium Foie Gras is sourced exclusively from certified organic, free-range ducks. The farm where these ducks are raised passes an annual one-hundred-point inspection to certify that the animals' welfare is a top priority.
